Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the watch is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging, documentation, and accessories included. The watch must show no signs of wear, scratches, or alterations.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email within the return window. Include your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs at no extra charge.
